Spotlight on Franklin County meet & greet with AG Conway
Franklin County Young Democrats, recipient of this year’s Edward “Ned” Breathitt Chapter of the Year award, hosted a very successful meet and greet with Attorney General Jack Conway on Tuesday, April 7 – just days before announcing his candidacy for U.S. Senate. Nearly 50 Democrats mingled at the Capital Plaza Hotel in Frankfort and enjoyed hearing from one of the Commonwealth’s most progressive leaders.
Chapter president JC Young thanked the Franklin County Democratic 
Party executive committee, especially Chairman and Franklin County Judge/Executive Ted Collins, for their tremendous support. The chapter is planning a number of other exciting events for this summer as they continue to recruit new members, engage former active members, and encourage all Young Democrats to engage in the political process in Kentucky’s capital!
